shop 24/7

Stampin'Up demonstrators now have their own web sites so customers can now order anytime they want without having to contact me.

Just click here or on the shop now button on the side bar and it will take you to my site, peruse the catalogues at your leisure, add your items to your basket, pay and they will be delivered directly to you at home or elsewhere. You just need to create an account as usual with web shops.

The site is new and I am still adding things to it, there is a list of events which I am working on over the next week or so.

The retirement list will be here next Friday and I will post on here as soon as I have it, if you would like to preorder a new catalogue let me know. They are available from the 1st July and are £3.00 each.

I will be back tomorrow with a card I made for my mum and dads anniversary

Colour changes

Today Stampin’Up! have announced some changes to our colour groups and I wanted to let you know as soon as possible incase some of the your favourite colours are going.

Three years ago Stampin'Up announced a major colour change and they did say that there would be some updates and this has now happened.

colour refresh
What do these changes mean, 10 existing colours are retiring and being replaced by another 10, some of which are old/current In Colours.

I dont have a sample of the new colours as yet and they are not availble to to 1st July 2013 when we get our new catalogues.

What you do need to know however is that from today, once the current stock of the discontinued colours is gone, there is no more...so I just wanted you to bear that in mind if one of your fav's has gone. This includes cardstock, ink, ribbons etc etc.

Here are the colours that are going:

Regal Rose
Pretty in Pink
Bashful Blue
Certainly Celery
Baja Breeze
Riding Hood Red
Bravo Burgundy
Not Quite Navy
More Mustard
River Rock
Lucky Limeade

If you want to order anything let me know.

More Summer Silhouettes

I really need to put this stamp set away and use something else but just wanted to show you a card I made with this fab stamp set and the fancy fan embossing folder.

I used one of the framelits dies to cut into the Summer Starfruit cardstock, then embosssed it . I cut another one is Island Indigo and a smaller one is White . The embossed layer is attached on foam pads. Three of the smaller flowers were stamped and cut out and some leaves and a flowers from the rest of the set where stamped to make a background.

Products Used:

Have a great weekend, although it looks like its going to be a wet and cold one...bang goes my idea of getting some gardening done!!

Just Believe

I love this stamp set and yes I know I say that alot..lol! I think its because its so clean and simple and thats what style I tend to be drawn to. This card was simply embossed with one of the very popular Fancy Fold embossing folders on Whisper White card. The image was then simply stamped and matted and I die cut some butterflies in two different colours to add some dimension. The sentiment uses the Itty Bitty Banners stamp and die set, the stamps are on the current SAB promo. Finished off with some Bakers Twine instead of ribbon for a change.

Cardstock: Whisper White, Primrose Petals, Raspberry Ripple, Lucky Limeade

Happy Birthday Friend

I finally have some cards to show over the next few days, first one uses a framelit die to emboss not cut.

Then I used my pricking template that coordinates with the framelits set to go around the inside edge of the embossed line. The sentiment is from the annual catalogue, new to me, but I love it and its nice to use a different style of sentiment stamp to the ones I usually use. The lattice stamp is gorgeous and matches the embossing folder beautifully. The flowers are one of the Sizzix dies from Stampin Up and the leaves are a little Sizzlet die. The ribbon is from the current Sale-a-bration promo and the "friends" sentiment can easily be changed for any family member....maybe Mum as its Mothers day in the uk soon. I finished off with a tiny circle punch for the centres and some pearls. The colour combo I used was Pool Party, Island Indigo and Summer Starfruits....never did I think I would like that last colour but I love it and its turning into one of my fav's !!
